March Madness just tipped off, and we’re looking for your ice cream cake ideas to celebrate the Big Dance.Since I’m a Syracuse fan, I’m going for a dome-shaped ice cream cake (for the Carrier Dome) with Orange Crush ice cream (cuz ‘Cuse is gonna crush its opponents) and vanilla ice cream with crushed Orange Milano cookies and blueberries on top (for the orange and blue). That’s my pick. What’s yours?
